RETURN POLICY

Applicable returns must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date. Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that was received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will automatically be returned within 3-5 business days to your original form of payment depending on your bank or method of payment.

Exchanges: (if applicable) 

To request an item exchange, email info@throughmedesigns.com with your order number, preferred size, and contact information, return the item to the address below and keep your tracking number. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you the preferred size.
